Sir, It is diagnosed by biopsy on my tongue that I am having Ca. tongue. But still I am unable to understand that: Of course I found some sorts of localized ulcer / small pimples formation at bottom right side of my tongue around 1 centimeter area. So I would like kindly differentiate what is the deference between localized ulcer and cancer on tongue? Just give me information which will clear my about doubt!
